Male sexual dysfunction affects over 50% of men aged 40 to 70 with conditions such as obesity, heart disease, injuries, diabetes, depression, stress, and anxiety being the leading causes.
Sexual dysfunction can be very frustrating for sufferers and for that reason, the male enhancement supplement industry has become a booming business.
Male sexual enhancement products are formulated with natural ingredients that can boost libido, sexual performance, and stamina in men. Men suffering from sexual dysfunction can find a convenient and effective solution to their situation.
Titan Boost is an all-natural male enhancement formula that claims to augment testosterone levels, improve erectile function, enhance libido, boost stamina, and increase energy for workouts.
It claims to be free of gluten, artificial flavors, and colors and is produced in a GMP-certified facility in the USA. Better yet, it does not have addictive properties.

Ingredient Analysis
Horny Goat Weed
Horny goat weed, also known as Epimedium species, has been used to treat erectile dysfunction in Traditional Chinese Medicine for many years.
Animal studies in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that icariin which is the active compound in this herb has neurotrophic effects and phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibiting effects.
PDE5 inhibitors are known to treat erectile dysfunction.
We approve of this ingredient.
Longjack
Longjack, also known as Tongkat Ali, is scientifically called Eurycoma longifolia. It is well known for its ability to improve erectile function.
A systematic review in the Journal of Complementary Therapies in Medicine analyzed 342 randomized controlled trials and found that Longjak may have a clinical effect on erectile function.
Only 2 studies of the 342 studies had contrary outcomes and showed no difference between the effects of Longjak and placebo, proving that most studies support the efficacy of this herb.
We approve of this ingredient.
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus Terrestris is claimed to improve erectile function significantly. However, there are many inconsistencies in scientific studies with some showing improvement while others claim it shows no effect.
There are few studies on the effects of Tribulus on erectile function conducted in humans. One such study was published in the Sex Medicine Review journal and found that there was no improvement in erectile dysfunction (ED) in men treated with Tribulus compared to placebo.
While a more recent study was conducted with subjects treated with 1500 mg of Tribulus over the course of 12 weeks, serum testosterone levels did not increase.
Apart from these two studies, there are no other human studies conducted on the effects of tribulus on sexual function. Therefore, there is inadequate evidence to prove its potential in treating ED.
We disapprove of this ingredient.
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha, scientifically known as Withania somnifera, is a popular plant in Ayurveda (ancient Indian medicine). It is claimed to promote energy, longevity, and overall well-being.
It is also claimed to have remarkable aphrodisiac properties that help in the improvement and maintenance of normal sexual health.
In a peer-reviewed journal published in the Health Science Reports, ashwagandha was considered effective if administered at a dose of 300 mg twice daily.
We could not ascertain the amount of ashwagandha in Titan Boost as it is contained in a proprietary blend together with the other ingredients.
However, it is clear that it does not contain 600 mg of ashwagandha since the whole proprietary blend has an amount per serving of 1200 mg.
Since this product fails to reach the required ashwagandha dosage, it may not work to boost testosterone.
We disapprove of this ingredient.
Yohimbe
Yohimbe is a popular herb claimed to improve body composition, accelerate weight loss, and improve erectile dysfunction. There are no studies comparing the effects of yohimbe to ED treatments for ED such as Viagra thereby making it difficult to compare the two.
A 2021 systematic review and meta-analysis published in the Turkish Journal of Urology found that when yohimbe is combined with other supplements it may improve erectile and sexual functions of ED.
However, sole Yohimbine administration did not significantly improve sexual function. For it to improve sexual function, it must be given as an adjunct to other treatments.
We disapprove of this ingredient.
Ginseng Root
Ginseng is a popular herb used in traditional Chinese medicine and has been in use for thousands of years. It is used to promote health benefits such as enhancing concentration, memory, and physical stamina.
It is also purported to boost the immune system, lower blood sugar levels, and reduce the risk of cancer.
Based on studies published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, ginseng has trivial effects on erectile function or satisfaction with intercourse when compared with placebo.
Conversely, the study did not find trial evidence comparing ginseng to other agents with a more established role in treating erectile dysfunction such as PDE5 inhibitors.
We disapprove of this ingredient.
Titan Boost Reviews
During our research on Titan Boost, we found a YouTube video by Consumer Health Digest, a trusted source for health-related insights.
The video offers valuable information on Titan Boost’s formulation and benefits. By referencing it, we aim to provide a clear, expert-backed understanding of the product.
We Tried Titan Boost
To understand how this product works, I tried Titan Boost myself. I took the recommended dosage of 2 capsules between meals and the first thing I noticed after taking this supplement was the energy boost. This could be from ashwagandha which is a superb energy booster.
As for male sexual enhancement, Titan Boost offers average results. Since there is no information on the individual ingredients present in the formula it is hard to ascertain how it works.
I can attribute its sexual function to horny goat weed and longjack which are the two approved ingredients in the formula.
Luckily, I did not experience adverse effects that are common with ingredients such as Tribulus terrestris which may cause headaches, stomach upset, and sleep issues. Because of this, it was easy and convenient to take Titan Boost regularly.
I would not recommend Titan Boost based on:
- Brand information: There is scanty information about the manufacturer of this product. The company has no official website where you can get to learn about their practices and policies.
- Ingredient dosage: This product fails to include ingredient dosage on its label, making it hard to assess the potency of the supplement.
That said, I feel there are better male enhancement supplements on the market that can provide you with the enhancement in sexual performance you are looking for.
Since Titan Boost offers average results, I give it a 5/10.
Side Effects and Safety
Although Titan Boost is formulated with natural ingredients only, it may still cause side effects. Horny goat weed, for instance, can cause digestive issues such as nausea, upset stomach, and abdominal discomfort.
In some cases, it may cause severe breathing problems requiring immediate medical attention.
On its part, ashwagandha may increase thyroid hormone levels, making it unsuitable for hyperthyroid people. It can exacerbate hyperthyroidism symptoms including irritability, flashes, and tremors.
Another ingredient that can cause side effects is yohimbe which can cause high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and anxiety in users. This can happen in the event that users take more than the recommended dosage.
Going by these side effects, it is safe to consult with your healthcare provider before purchasing this supplement if you have heart issues, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, or any other critical health condition.
Real Customer Reviews
As of the time of writing this review, Titan Boost has a 5-star rating on Walmart based on only one customer review. On eBay, there are 34 customer reviews with mixed reactions some positive, others negative.
Some of the featured reviews are:Packaging looks real but this is not the real Titan Boost, look for the white bottle!!! Don’t be fooled like I was!!! Their product is pic one and pic two is the real one!
PFast shipping good price.
Going by these reviews, we can ascertain that Titan Boost is not that popular with users owing to counterfeit products with the same name and packaging.
With many variations of this supplement, it could get confusing to customers where to get the real product. And with the fact that there is little information on the manufacturer, this product could be deemed sketchy.
With the ingredient analysis, we could say that this product may have some impact albeit small. Titan Boost may improve energy levels, but its potential to boost male sexual performance may not be as significant as claimed.
Where to Find the Best Value
Going by the complaints from eBay where customers claimed that Titan Boost products were genuine, the best place to purchase the supplement will be from Walmart. This product goes for $19.95 on both eBay and Walmart.
While Titan Boost may be cheaper than most male enhancement products, it is not as effective. This could turn out to be expensive in the long run as you are paying for a supplement that does not give you the full benefits of a male enhancement supplement.
For this reason, it is smart to look for other products that are not only efficient but also pocket-friendly.
Titan Boost vs. PeakErect
PeakErect is a better alternative to Titan Boost as it is formulated with an optimal blend of ingredients that are backed by science.
If we compare PeakErect’s formulation to that of Titan Boost, we can attest that it has a better formula as it contains super ingredients such as L-Arginine, Longjak, and Panax ginseng. All these ingredients are known to heighten testosterone levels, enhance libido, boost sexual performance, improve stamina, and promote harder erections.
As for individual ingredients, we can agree that PeakErect contains the right amount of each ingredient. For instance, PeakErect contains 400 mg of Longjak which is within the ideal amount for an increase in testosterone.
Finally, the price comparison. Titan Boost costs $19.95 while PeakErect costs $59.00. While Titan Boost may seem cheaper, PeakErect offers value for money.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- May offer a cheaper alternative
- May boost male sexual performance
- May enhance energy
Cons
- May cause side effects such as headaches, nausea, stomach upsets, and irritability
- May not be suitable for users with medical conditions such as hypothyroidism
- There are many counterfeit products by the same name, making it difficult to purchase this product
- Results may differ from user to user
Conclusion
Titan Boost is a male enhancement formula that may offer male sexual enhancement support. It contains natural ingredients that may provide benefits such as heightened testosterone and improved sexual performance.
While Titan Boost may work, its effects may not be as significant as compared to best-selling products like PeakErect.
For this reason, you should explore better products from popular brands with effective ingredient blends, credible scientific backing, and excellent customer reviews. By doing so, you are assured of enhanced energy, improved stamina, a boost in libido, and better sexual performance.
While supplements can help restore your sexual function, you should ensure to: get adequate sleep, eat a healthy diet, reduce alcohol, and engage in stress-relieving practices to improve your sexual performance naturally.
Some of the types of exercise that can heighten your physical ability and stamina are endurance exercises such as swimming and biking, strength exercises such as push-ups and lifting weights, balance exercises such as standing on one foot, and flexibility exercises such as stretches.
