Shipping policy
At Flawless Bloom, we are dedicated to providing seamless shipping experiences to our customers around the world. Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately begin processing your order and initiate shipment automatically.
You will receive an email approximately 60 hours containing tracking information of your order. This allows you to conveniently monitor your shipment's journey from our facility to your address.
Rest assured, your order will be delivered promptly to the address provided, courtesy of our reliable shipping partners. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as internal processing, transitions between shipping centers, customs clearance, and other unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such circumstances.
Processing Time
For domestic shipment, most orders ship within 1-2 business days!. This may take slightly longer during holidays. For international shipment, most of the orders ship within 3-4 business days.
Double-check your address to avoid delays! Incorrect or incomplete information can add 3-5 business days to processing. You can verify your address through USPS.com (for US orders only). We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.

Flawless Bloom is not responsible for any delivery delays, as processing requires 1–2 business days. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for shipping guarantees made by USPS/UPS.
Expected Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and do not include weekends or holidays. For domestic orders it may take 5-7 working days. For international shipping to some countries may take 4-6 weeks, or up to 8-12 weeks in rare cases.Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Flawless Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery due to any reason, we will issue a refund, once the product is received and inspected by our team, after deducting the shipping fee, any promotional offers applied at the time of purchase, and a 12% restocking fee based on your order total.
Flawless Bloom primarily uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact our support team and raise a ticket for more help. Flawless Bloom is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. These are not collected by Flawless Bloom.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that local customs regulations permit the import of our products/ingredients.
- If a package is refused or seized by customs due to regulatory issues, duties, or taxes, Flawless Bloom cannot issue a refund for the shipping or product costs.
- If a package is refused by a customer due to custom charges, the package may be returned to us or held by customs. Any costs incurred for the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Note: For a refund to be processed, the product must be returned to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping costs, any customs fees incurred, the value of any promotional offers applied at the time of purchase, and a 12% restocking fee based on your order total.
Order Cancellation
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if you wish to cancel. After this 30-minute window, we may be unable to cancel your order as it will have entered the fulfillment process or already shipped. If your order has shipped, you have the option to refuse the package upon delivery or return it to us with a valid tracking number (Create Ticket). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund.
Note: Refund will be processed once we receive the product, after deducting the shipping fee, any promotional offers applied at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
- 5% for cancellations made before the order has shipped.
- 12% for cancellations made after the order has shipped.
These charges will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Return Policy
Flawless Bloom offer a 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee* on all our products when you purchase directly from the official website. To be eligible for the refund you must first take the product as directed for 30 days and if you’re not completely satisfied, create a return request and contact the customer support team, within 60 days of delivery and return them in its original packaging for a refund. After deducting the shipping fee, any promotional offers applied at the time of purchase, and a 15% restocking fee will apply on all return orders.
